Congratulations to F-hot team rider Scotty Stallman for breaking the Speed Week windsurfing record with 38.642knots for 500m in very challenging condition’s. The old record was set 14 years ago by Anders Bringdel. Scott was the fastest windsurfer, the event was won with an outstanding 41knots by James Longmuir. 6 of the top 10 windsurfers were using F-hot Fins.
IFCA Worlds 2022
The IFCA worlds are now over, what a great result for the F-hot team, @jennagibson96 now 3 x world champion, finishing 1st again overall, followed closely by @sarah_jackson finishing 2nd overall , and well done to @simonpettiferk67 finishing 28th overall, it looked like a real mixture of conditions. Congratulations to Kevin Greenslade for retaining the British Speed Championships at Weymouth last week and Simon Pettifer who came 3rd.They were both using F-hot Fins. Kevin was the fastest on 4 out of the 6 days with 2 second places on the other 2 days.

As windsurfers we wanted a solution that allowed us to think about our windsurfing rather wondering if we’d got the shot or not, a “plug and forget” solution for want of a better description.
The f-hot Mast Mount makes you the center of attention, regardless how many time you tack, jump or gybe you’ll always be in the frame and when playing back the days action on the big screen they’ll be no need keep your finger on the fast forward button looking for your image in the frame.
One key feature we thought vitally important was security and while we have had no reports of the previous version sliding off the mast, even in surf. We are aware off a couple of instances where the gopro and mount have been lost while being passed between sailors at sea, so we’ve redesigned new mast mount with enough built in flotation to support the mast mount and gopro, even in freshwater, something we believe is unique in this market
